Refund Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return and refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. The product must not be damaged, altered, stained, broken, or otherwise harmed by the buyer after delivery. Items that show signs of buyer-caused damage, misuse, neglect, or improper handling will not be accepted for return or refund. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

All returned items are subject to inspection. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the item is returned used, damaged by the buyer, missing tags, missing parts, or not in its original packaging.

To start a return, you can contact us at support@hashtaginfluencer.com. Once your return request is reviewed, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. The correct return address may vary depending on the fulfillment center, product type, and shipping location.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Customers are responsible for paying return shipping costs unless the item arrived defective, damaged, or incorrect. If we provide a prepaid return shipping label, the cost of return shipping may be deducted from your refund.

Please do not send returns to any address before contacting us and receiving return instructions. Returns sent to the wrong fulfillment center or sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

Please do not return your order to the sender address listed on the package unless we specifically instruct you to do so.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged upon arrival, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Please note that refunds or returns will only be accepted for eligible items that have not been damaged by the buyer after delivery.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods, such as food, flowers, or plants; custom products, such as special orders or personalized items; and personal care goods, such as beauty products. We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Digital Products, Courses, and Memberships

Digital products, online courses, memberships, downloadable materials, and access-based products are non-refundable once access has been granted, unless otherwise required by law or specifically stated at the time of purchase.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you may make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification.

As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. The item must not be damaged by the buyer. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

For EU returns under the 14-day cooling-off period, customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived defective, damaged, incorrect, or unless otherwise required by applicable law.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. Refunds will only be approved for eligible returned items that meet our return conditions and have not been damaged by the buyer.

If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error, such as a defective, damaged, or incorrect item.

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
