International Shipping

The Influencer Mall ships internationally to most countries.

Customs, Duties & Taxes
International orders may be subject to import duties or taxes, which are not included in our prices or shipping charges. These fees are the buyer’s responsibility.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.
Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

The Influencer Mall is not responsible for:

  • Packages marked as delivered but not received
  • Packages lost due to incorrect shipping information
  • Packages damaged during transit

However, we will assist you in filing a claim with the shipping carrier whenever possible.
